One Day

Purnima

There will be one day,

When everything will be okay.

A day when my mind is at peace,

And I can do all things with ease.

A day when everything will be worth it,

Even though right now, its all blurry!

Every single tear of mine has a value.

But when is it gonna pay off? No clue.

So for now, all I can do is wait,

Even with mess outside, and inside my head.

But dear, trust me, things will take a turn,

Life will start to seem a lot more fun!

There will be one day,

When everything will be okay.

My comments on the poem "One day” by Purnima
This positivity is excellent. Way to go ! Negativity drags you down and has hardly anything good with it. It has been said that every cloud has a silver lining. So, we must look at the silver lining instead of getting depressed.
“Even with mess outside, and inside my head….” The human mind is programmed to be optimistic, to fight out obstacles. This is the way to survive and to improve.
“But dear, trust me, things will take a turn…” Again, we see the positive side.
“Two men look out through the same bars :
One sees the mud, and one the stars.”
    --S. Langbridge
Instead of seeing just mud, we should see the stars. I advise you to submit your writings to ChatGPT4 (Artificial Intelligence) for analysis. You will be amazed by the amount of information it finds in what you write --- plenty of stuff that you never noticed. I myself have more than 81 such analyses done for me by ChatGPT4 and have posted them on this site and on allpoetry.com
Best wishes to you in your poetic travels and adventure ! ---Soman Ragavan. 29 March, 2024.
