The Hospital Waiting Room

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

An abundance of people with appointments.
I sit silently in the hospital waiting room,
The atmosphere is kind of gloom.
Always wanting to take my blood,
Not on medication anymore and I'm good!

    Would that be for check-ups/follow-ups?
If so, at least it's not waiting for some possible ominous results of some disease or something.

I'm waiting too - in this bus shelter. No one told me the No.7 bus was withdrawn 3 months ago. I been camping in the shelter ever since, waiting for that bus. Doh!

Cooeeee - you still waiting somewhere, at this moment in time? Another over-used expression. Basically, people say it because... I dunno! Now I've said 'basically' too, which about 5 million people use 50 times a day - summat like that anyway!
