Free Spirit

Phoe

A careless

Free-spirit was I

Aiming to conquer this world

But it was all a cage, I being the bird

I learnt to flap my wings

Became the happiest on tiny things

Didn't knew what the future beholds

But never lose the hope I had

Due to trivial colds

The free spirit remained free

With a hopeful and gallant spree

The shimmering eye

Never lost its shine

Caged was I

Hoping to be unbind

After seasons and eras

Came the day

My destiny, somehow

Paved the way

A cheerful spirit

Untied

With the same hopeful eyes

Came back to the skies
