Choices

TheVlama

The whistling wind in the grassland,

The soft silk dancing with it,

All the beautiful flowers get plucked,

While the birds fly high.

A window behind all it sees

Choosing to pluck a flower

Or watch the soaring bird.

This was all in the mirror

The one who stared

Was the beautiful flower.

  • Comment from author about the poem: It is a story about girl who thought she had choices. The flowers represent to just be submissive and marry a guy and all while the bird represents freedom. but in the end, it was all in the mirror.
