What happened to Easter
Where did it go
A light to the world
It bathed in its glow.
Now just a shadow
Dim and dark
Seduction completed
A cunning work of art.
Why be surprised
Why care at all.
The truth becomes a myth
A lie proceeds the fall.
Sweet becomes bitter
Right becomes wrong.
Is it time for the remant
To sing a new song?
