Forgive Them For Yourself

Daye Writes

Forgive them for yourself.

One of the hardest things you will ever have to learn to do. Is to be at peace with everything bad that has happened to you. This doesn't mean that you have to move on straight away, or drop everything and run. It simply means coming to terms with whatever has occured. Promise yourself that whatever you did to cope was okay at the time. Consoling yourself enough to realise that it wasn't your fault, and learning to gradually move on and letting go slowly.
Using that bad experience as an example, to show yourself that it's okay to be in pain. If you are not ready to let it go, then don't. If you are not happy to release the pain you have had inflicted on you, that's fine. But do not stay angry at yourself or them.
Forgiveness pays a key role; Forgive them for yourself.
