Not a poem but please pass on.

Violence rises from fear, like smoke from a fire. When one group threatens another with a bloodbath, they will create a cycle of violence that will return to those who began it. Threatening others for a desired outcome will certainly lead to reprisals. As someone once said, "Karma is a bitch! or What goes around comes around."
Remember, violence rises from fear like smoke from a fire.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I have been thinking of those who have called people-politicians, judges, and their families warning them to watch their backs if certain outcomes do not happen.
