sarcastic hostility
thrown like a curve ball
meant to confuse
you took the swing
biting anger
one way cynicism
designed to offend
disguised as jokes
laughed off at your expense
socially acceptable antagonism
damage done
so difficult to navigate
not quite sure what just happened
always feeling muddled
