Whispers of Buran Ghati: Janglik's Guiding Light

Vikas Sharma

In Janglik's heart, where mountains pierce the sky,

A village whispers tales beneath Jakh Devta's eye.

Their guide, with reverence, speaks the village creed,

"Jakh Devta's will, our actions must concede."

A deity of power, in temples they enshrine,

Each village holds him sacred, a bond wholly divine.

Decisions, big and small, on prayers they depend,

For Jakh Devta listens, a faithful friend.

The Buran Ghati whispers folktales old,

Of answered pleas, when skies turned dark and cold.

Monsoon's fury threatened crops with blight,

A village prayed, and found the dawn, clear and bright.

Through valleys deep, where trekkers brave the way,

Jakh Devta's spirit guides them every day.

From village to village, his presence takes its turn,

Temples lie silent, lessons yet to be learned.

When Jakh departs, the doors are firmly sealed,

Awaiting his return, a promise unrevealed.

In reverence they wait, with hearts both strong and true,

For Jakh Devta watches, in skies of endless blue.

So walk the Buran Ghati Trek, with legends in your stride,

Where faith and nature's beauty, forever reside.

Let Jakh Devta's wisdom, your spirit ignite,

In Janglik's embrace, where prayers take flight.
