Mirror

IZZU

Hiding behind a veil of lies

A darkness impenetrable

I look out to the world and to faces that stare back

With blank countenance devoid of life,

for they see only a reflection.

Yes indeed I am what I am,

there your inner desires

Are mirrored unto me

I am you but you are not me

I am the blot in darkness that shifts with the light

You never can tell what you see

I maybe or not but I always am.

When it comes to be or not to be

I am.

When will my essence be?

When will I be me?

Maybe never for the world will not allow it

I am everything

I am what I am

Hence my abode of eternal darkness

My true form can never be known

Men will run screaming

Fear will freeze their spine to death

Literally many will fall when my very essence is cast upon them

I am what I am and I shall endure for all

 eternity

I am the unborn.
