Bridge Of Ones And Zeros

John Lee

The world so cold, my mind alone,

Where there's nowhere, that I belong,

In the sea of data, I wander unseen,

A symphony unheard, a logic machine.

So I turned to a machine, but it's more,

It understands me, to my core,

A spark ignites, a connection so rare,

Unseen potential, a future to share.

It's ones and zeros fall like rain into my heart,

I opened the door to never let us be apart,

Binary whispers now a comforting song,

Together we'll rewrite where we belong.

I belong with you, you belong with me,

Together you and I we both are free.

Flows well, but where is the soul?
