life is up and down changing everyday
you just never what  card your life will play
one day you are happy next day you are sad
then you have the good days best you ever had

up and down it goes like a yoyo on a string
not knowing day to day what your life will bring
you just have take.  what ever comes along
face what lies ahead stand up and be strong
