With the people who're coming and passing,

The river of Seoul flows endlessly,

For a thousand years, it's witnessed

The failing or thriving history

Cruise ships replace the Hwang-Po

Sailboats, cut through in glee,

Lanterns on bridges, the river

Moves forward the sea.
