In a world that whirls in ceaseless strife,
Where discord's seeds are sown,
How can we find the path to peace,
A way to bridge the unknown?
The factions form like storm clouds dark,
Each voice clamorous and bold,
Pushing against the pulsing tides,
Where stories fiercely told.
Opinions clash, and tempers flare,
The earth itself seems split,
Hatred spews its venomous snare,
In every heart, every writ.
Yet beneath the battle's heated breath,
A whisper soft does roam,
Speaking of a tranquil path
Where shattered shards can comb.
Can we, amid the tumult vast,
Hold out a hand in gloom?
See the 'other' not as foe,
But as a flower yet to bloom?
It calls for courage, calls for grace,
To stand when others fall,
To listen close, embrace the chance
That peace might echo through us all.
With eyes to see and hearts to feel,
Beyond what seems to sever,
Uniting all in earnest zeal,
For lasting peace, forever.

a very impressive and touching poem
Hard work there to "See the 'other' not as foe, But as a flower yet to bloom" but worthwhile if I can find the strength.
Your write powerful, disciplined and affecting. Many thanks.
