Are golden censors
in the hand of a lover
bringing hot coal when there is cold
healing the past, lighting the future
an aroma of love
calming hearts ready-to-love
Roses and flowers
are pearls and spells
working magics
where words ain't enough
hiding all unspoken bluff
A token of promise
to give a loving arm
a wish of luck,
trust and security
Remember these flowers
and answer me when I call
Remember these flowers
and recognise my voice
lest I fall
thou art a smile
when life frowns
and if flowers speak; discern!
