Having a laugh

Holly Anne

I've laughed through joyful times

I've laughed through painful times

I've laughed with family

I've laughed with friends

I've laughed with my partner

I've laughed with patients

I've laughed with colleagues

Laughter helps people connect in society

It helps people to heal through miserable moments

What is wonderful is no matter how bleak life is

A laugh can always cheer us up

I've found laughing to be contagious

Some of the things you laugh at can be utterly outrageous
