Notice of absence from Lei
If I don't answer I'm most likely at school,with family (just got back from surgery so still kinda recovering)

As I take a walk around the forest

I can't help but notice

The trees have been cut down

The people in this little town

Are oblivious

For it is not very obvious

But the damage has been done

As I run back home

I realize If the trees are all cut down

How will we have oxygen to survive

As I watch the cars drive by

I can't help but cry

For the earth won't survive much longer.
