moonlight night

i love to walk the beach on moonlit night
watch the tide roll in with it waves so white
a canopy of stars twinkle up above
such a night for romance such a night for love

tide is coming home returning to the shore
rolling very gently coming home once more
everything so peaceful as gentle as can be
on such a lovely night the moon the stars and me
