Plagued With Vulgarity (Climactic Jamboree)

Jou Wilder

Be still, just listen

Tell me what you hear

Hear the feeling?

Colourful trip

Colours like teal

Taste like sweetness

The feeling is heaven.

Awe, moan, joyous groan

In sync to this rhythm

Sing me sweet hymn

I touch play

Make the sound

Respond to every stroke

Thrusting,

Pulling,

Repetition

Pattering

We're going high

Can you see the moon?

I surf deeper

I'll lift you higher

My wings at your service

Onboarding...

I'm climbing hills

Wings flying

Showboating my skills;

Twining, stretching, frolicking

Surf Riding the contours,

Valleys, and every protruded hills

Of this panting mountain

Exploring around and within

Everything in the surrounding,

More Rippled fizzle.

We're zooming

Still going higher

Engines steaming

Respite, switching...

Missionaries

Still on a mission,

Speed-riding

Clamouring

Entering cloud 9

Peaking

Juddering

Cray cray excitement

Peak.

Retarding,

Safe-landing,

Blackout...

  • Comment from author about the poem: Yes, it\\\'s actually a freestyle. This is one of the many times I got words together before doing the thinking 🙃.\r\n\r\nI tried to put in as much sensory words without saying much to create room for ambiguity.
