while sitting in the garden a robin came along
sat upon my fence and sang his robin song
every note in key every note in tune
a lovely melody as he began to croon
i sat there and listened as he sang to me
singing loud and clear in perfect harmony
when his song was over the robin flew away
in my mind for ever his song will always stay

i have all sorts of different birds
visit my garden finches sparrow blackbird thrush
once a sparrow hawk sat on fence beautful birds xxx
