Meet Declan. Another new character of mine. I hope you grow to like him in due time. Declan lost his parents about two years ago. It was hard at first; hard to let go. The woman he was with couldn’t stand that he was down. She couldn’t take it any longer so she left town. “Hard times aren’t for all.” He would say; “I’ll find a good one someday!” Declan lives in his childhood home. He refused to give it away to anyone so now it’s his own. Declan fixed it up all himself; he has more than one job as times are tough. His main job is building houses or “fixer uppers.” Every now and then he’s also a plumber. Dad taught him well and he’s people absolutely love his work! He does his best when putting others first. Declan was once a customer at The Red Caboose! He adored Mr and Mrs Stirling; and loved their homemade food. Declan hopes to meet a good woman; someone he can do life with. Come back next time; you won’t want to miss it!
