Nations Rise And Nations Fall

Mohammad Younus

Nations Rise And Nations Fall

Nations rise and nations fall,
Knowledge gained is not lost
Wisdom acquired is not lost;
Pyramids stand still aright.
But the great kings who made them,
Their mummies are dumb, dead, and blind.
Knowledge and wisdom are but eternal.
That is why ancient scriptures are still alive.
So are alive the men of knowledge and wisdom.
Enlightened and awakened can’t snub them,
So what I have come to know is the truth that,
Only the men of knowledge and wisdom can become,
Self-consciousness and God-conscious.

    And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
