Love isn’t unconditional,
But hate is...
Over time, I've come to see,
Even a parent's love has conditions,
Love is but a fleeting moment,
Fading with the passage of time,
To keep you wondering if it was ever real?

Love is patient, love is kind...
At its ultimate, love is blind.
2781 Probably love is blind but somewhere I feel conditional too...
Samson Thanks dude😊❤️
Love is many things to many people. And not always unconditional, but when it is, it's absolutely the best. 😊👍
I guess I haven't explored much yet..... But I have got too much time to. If I can find the best one.....
Not sure you have discovered what love is beyond a word to be used in a poem.
(It's alright, you are not alone in this.......)
Of course I have not explored enough to set a definition for this word. It's just my teenage mind. Btw thanks for reading the poem and commenting😊
What a good tempered response!
Here, for what it is worth, is one of my takes on the subject:

Thank you so much for that recommendation. Loved it. 😊❤️
Love should be unconditional, but sadly more than not it comes with conditions. These days I am grateful for any love that comes my way. In an unkind world, a little love and kindness goes a long way. It sounds as though you need more. Have a lovely Sunday.
It indeed feels lucky to be loved unconditionally in this world full of hatred. Thank you so much for reading and commenting. Wishing you a lovely day☺️❤️
