The Point

The Point

Whisper a child like prayer, spinning, out of control,
Talking to a God, who’s not there, no one is on patrol.
Standing alone, a shadow since birth, seeing no virtue or worth.
Struck down by a sharp, bolt from the sky.
What a remarkable way to agreeably  die.
The very impetus meaning of why.
