Free Child

Buttercup

In days of youth, carefree and wild,

No thoughts of trignometry, just games and fun,

When innocence adorned each smile,

No worries of what's yet to come.

I want to be that child,

taking everything mild.

To be that child, so pure and free,

Innocent heart, forever glee

Reminds me of the book/movie, The Outsiders. Great work.
