MY HEARTBREAK

FRANCO

A heart once full, now broken and worn

A love that's lost, a sorrow that's born

Memories linger, a bittersweet pain

Longing to turn back, to love again

Tears fall like rain, a heart that's heavy

Searching for solace, a place to be free

But even in heartbreak, there's a grace

A chance to heal, a new path to trace.

The heart is heavy here indeed. You convey the pain so well. It takes much time to heal a broken heart. Some do not recover at all. A beautiful write, appreciated by this reader. Thank you for sharing.
