Notice of absence from Qurrathul Ain
I'm taking a break for a while, for no specific reason. Maybe because, I don't get as much inspirations as I used to.

I remember unnecessary things far too vividly,

I forget very necessary things very very quickly,

But one strange memory,

Of years before,

Is engraved in my heart,

For reasons I can't comprehend.

Far too clear than necessary,

For reasons I do not know,

Time will answer, I guess.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Everything happens for a reason. Be it anything, even the unimportant things like a random person passing by - that too happens for a reason. I believe in it. Time will answer why.
