Stagnant Thoughts

Serene

Iron gets rusty when it's not used,
Water gets dirty when it doesn't move,
And doing nothing makes the mind feel blue.

Feeling lost and don't know what to do,
Sitting still can make your doubts and fears brew,
Taking action makes you feel strong and true.

To beat fear, don't just sit and rue,
Get up, get moving, that's what you should do,
Moving around can change your mood too.

Sage advice offered in your lines. If you are feeling down get moving. It really works. A nice brisk walk can blow the cobwebs away and give the spirits a lift. I enjoyed the read.
