Relationships are great,
and great ones are very rare.
If you both grow together,
side by side through every tare.
... but if you ask me,
if I want one,
I will say more than no.
I've had MY share,
of relationships,
and they all ended badly in a row.
Still, relationships are,
a beautiful thing:
some even lasting a lifetime.
... while others are just pointless,
and last shorter than this rhyme.
If you ask me, 'Dion would you ever get married'?
I would say, 'I've been there,
and I don't want any part of it'.
I had a feeling it would end,
right from the start of it.
Even if it's just a relationship,
the answer still isn't that far.
I'm serious when I say in simple terms.
I'd rather get hit by a fucking car

- Comment from author about the poem: MY relationships were MY experiences. I see some couples who have been together for over sixty years. That is truly miraculous, and truly a blessing. Relationships are truly a blessing from God. They just aren't for everybody. I respect those who have been married to the same spouse for over fifty years. Persistence is key. Relationships are great. Love Jesus.

Ours ended how it did because you wanted it to, I told you we would always be friends , I loved you and always will in a way , I wouldn’t trade our experiences for anything, I pray you find love and are happy
This is not about you so relax. Don't get excited over it.
This is not about you so relax. Don't get excited over it.
Don’t be a jerk
(Sigh)... Alright... You were the one who was accusing me of being unfaithful with NO reason to. Then when I was in Orlando: I get a call out of nowhere that says maybe we shouldn't see each other anymore. A few days after that, you were living with someone else.
... and then you insult me by saying, 'We can still be friends'.
What kind of friend does that?
... and THAT'S what happened.
I'm not being any kind of way. I just don't want to hurt you with the truth.
I certainly didn't want to do it here. ... but you asked for it.
I’m not hurt in the least
I just want you happy , is that so wrong
And the someone else I was living with was a female coworker
Look... I don't want to talk about it.
You just said I wanted it to end which was not at all true.
I said the poem wasn't about you.
... and you said I was being a jerk.
Maybe, for arguments sake, I'll just take the piece down.
Don’t bother I’m leaving the site and won’t be back , you’re safe
