Good Intentions

Laguna

I have good intentions.
Look into my eyes after you collect the pieces of your broken heart,
and prove to me that you're strong.

You've made the right choice to trust me.
I'll freeze your soul in the palm of my hand,
and we'll leave it to the heat of the sun to bring you back to life.

Let go of your skepticism as I wrap my hands tightly around your neck,
and let your guard down as my grip tightens,
for you know the sheer extent of my good intentions.

    Read a great poem earlier
    Couldn't remember where
    Glad I found it again
The road to hell is paved with good intentions
    Super read
