DRIVING SCHOOL

Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke

Notice of absence from Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke
I will surely get back to you when I come online.

In the school of driving,
You learn to gain experiences,
On how to move the steering up and down,
While you accelerate it, moaning is inevitable.

These cars have set themselves,
For learners to learn skills,
Both men and boys run to learn,
Many pay heavily to acquire these skills.

After months and years of learning,
Men abandon these cars,
And run to their villages,
To pay for new cars or fairly used ones.

Men prefer tight engines to wide ones,
Wide ones consume fuel,
Tight ones are cheap to maintain,
These they were taught in the driving school.

Some of these cars purchased
from villages soon adapt,
And the men unable to drive them,
These cars carry the passengers of their choice.
