Maybe next time

J. Midnight

A life to witness your fall season

Is to hear your rumbling reason

While lost in the midst, I've fallen to one

As thoughts of mine, wish to be your sun

Fall of leaves amongst the warmth of breeze

Leaves a scent of solace, I'm in peace

With beautiful sunrays to witness

Is a smile that makes me helpless

A lifetime of maybe next time
