Infinity

Sunita

Isn't it beautiful, how it's always so green,

How bright the colors are, how the shadows be seen,

Isn't it evergreen, but something's underneath,

may this last forever? may this always be this?

A story to unleash.

But you know, sometimes the leaves fall apart,

The colors yellowish and maybe not so bright,

And it's a beauty of it's own,

A different one indeed.

Also confusing, how the greeness is cherished,

When it's not even here.

And maybe that's how it is supposed to be,

Cherish the moments when they're just memory,

Maybe that's how we understand infinity.

It's crazy how we have a word for the concept,

But totally no clue, what's inside, what beholds it.

Maybe love, Maybe truth,

Or death of those we choose,

The moments that we lose,

Its replicating, duplicating memory,

Maybe that's how you'll understand infinity!
