Echoes of longing

My Boy Ryngkhlem

In hollow halls, I wander free
Where shadows dance, and memories be
A distant past, now lost to me
Leaves only tears, and misery

The silence screams, the emptiness gapes
A heart once full, now breaks and escapes
The ghosts of love, they whisper my name
A bittersweet reminder of joy in vain

In darkness, I search for the light
That once guided me through endless nights
But now, it's gone, and I'm left to face
The echoes of longing, a lonely, empty space

But still,  I hold on to belief
That light will dawn, and love will relief
The shadows will flee, the heart will mend
And echoes of longing will become a distant end.
