Fear

_jyotsna27

Fear

Looming where life doesn't

present where courage ain't

Binds me in shackle of my own prejudice

not allowing me to breathe

 'pushing me into an abyss,

from where rarely i wake up

The dreams i have, the flight i wan't to take

come at it's mercy

But then , i wake up again , breaking it's cluthches,

knowing that the fear is not me.

  • Comment from author about the poem: This is just a little fun read , about fear, fear what stops us from taking action and growing. In short fear is nothing what the whims of our own mind , trying to pull us down . Through this try to convey that we our pretty much more than our fear.Hope you enjoy
