No Diversity In The Devil

Mason Vollman

There's no diversity in devils and angels,

They all look the same,

From all possible angles.

Devils are Angels that fell from the top,

Simply no difference,

Just melting heart of hot,

When an angel meets evil,

It doesn't grow horns,

That's mankind's biggest lie,

When the veil was torn.

There's no difference between a murderer,

And a pure man,

Its whats in there mind,

That can truly define,

You cant look at a man,

And know that he kills,

You can't look at an angel,

And say its not a devil,

You cant see diversity, in two who cant speak freely,

To know ones intentions,

You must define, the mind,

External appearances may all be lies,

The only diversity is behind the eyes,

Tears of fire from one who cries,

Don't trust in the smallest frame,

Sweetest lie,

Heaviest blame,

Kindest wave,

From one who seems sane,

When deep inside,

He's a ravening blaze.

Dont Dance With The devil,

Dont play with insane,

Dont trust in a lie,

Dont play with your brain,

When good deeds of humanity,

Turns out in vain,

Dancing with the devil,

Only leaves a stain.

Devils are Angels that fell from the top,

Intentions are the only difference,

They all look the same,

There's no exterior diversity,

Only in the brain,

One who is clearly sane,

Is probably insane,

And one who loves his life,

Will jump in front of a train.

Devils are Angels that fell from the top,

There's no diversity,

Only melting heart of hot.

They all look the same,

Its whats in there brain,

Either there crazy or sane,

Or live in vain,

It May be Hard For You To See,

But There's No Diversity,

In The Man That Murdered Me.

"He called upon the heavens, worried and scared,

But only the devil answered, cause God wasn't there."

  • Comment from author about the poem: "If the devil wants to dance you better say never, cause a dance with the devil might last you forever." Everyone tryin' to be trife, never face the consequences You probably only did a month for minor offenses Ask a man doin' life if he had another chance But then again, there's always the wicked that knew in advance Dance forever with the Devil on a cold cell block But that's what happens when you murder, and sell rock Devils used to be God's angels that fell from the top There's no diversity because we're burnin' in the melting pot.
