In guard we say "No bones"

Other people say "water break"

In guard we say "gush n go"

Other people say "guns"

We say "rifle"

Other people say "sword"

We say "sabre"

Other people say "twirl and throw"

We say "spin and toss"

Others say "dance"

But we say "choreography"

Other people call it simple 

But in guard we call it hard

Other people say it's easy 

But in reality it isn't
