Notice of absence from NinjaGirl
Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

The shadows are all ever present, consuming me with each step I take
Their grasp a strong one, and their long outstretched arms encircle me
But Alas !
Where there is dark there is light!
A shadow is not made without the flame of a candle!
The shadows may crawl and move, but the light only allows them to!
They are restricted by the positive, endangered by the freedom!
Light will beat darkness!
