The Breaking Point

Mark The Phenomenon

Why do we fight
Is there a meaning behind it,
Or is it an agenda to out-battle the other
Can we get our point across without yelling
It’s something to work on but rubbing someone the wrong way
especially if you know them well, you’re bound to reach their breaking point.
I avoid conflict any chance, but sometimes you never know when a person will be testing you.
Our emotions will get the better of us. It takes a lot to use our second instinct at that moment.
I'm willing to try,
I am not myself and would be the first to apologize.
The moment I reach my breaking point,
I’m not a nice guy
My thoughts of anger are clear,
I let them out in a different way.
People will continue to push your buttons,
Keep on the right path and don't fall into the pit of destruction.
We’re all human so it’s bound to happen
Hopefully, the fight isn't big enough to lose the people you love.
A Blackout is nothing but darkness that pulls at your soul until you are nothing but a space It’s up to us to fill that space with as much joy and happiness as we can or we get lost in a destructive place within ourselves that will make it nearly impossible to come back from.
It can be done, but only by the ones whom you’ll ask to help instead of pushing them farther away.
It’s at this point you realize the fight was worthless or a grudge that will last long until you can pick up the pieces of your damaged self. The existence in this period is very brief, nothing is certain when we take our final breath and the spirit begins to part ways from the flesh. When the day comes a thought comes and says was it worth it? Finish the last moment together with love honor and respect,
Instead of being lost, lonely, and filled with regret.
