My dream

Michael William Reid

Wheels a rolling, rubber burning

Climing through the gears

Engine roaring, windows down

Forgetting all my fears

My load is heavy my eyes are bright

My mind is free and clear

As I contemplate my path in life

And the choices that brought me here

I hold my dream in my two hands

And remember how I struggled to get this far

I am the author of my own life

And my life's a shooting star
