a large intelligence and a deep heart

DeadRose

“Pain and suffering are inevitable for a large intelligence and a deep heart.”

For the two are always bound and locked in an eternal struggle

find no peace by day or by night and thus the soul stays locked up tight

Against the corner of the room as one watches the domestic dispute between

Heart and mind.

Logic and emotion.

Desire and reason.

Until one wins over the other,

or the soul gets destroyed in the process.
