Fear and respect

It is just  an example I want to tell

Tell something about fear and respect;

Once a teacher enters in a classroom 

And saw students disciplined themselves,

He asked "who taught you this"?

Why to do when he's not in front of you?

One of them stand and said

"One who fears act well in front,

And just ignore it at the back:

But one who truly respect 

Always follows his words 

Whether or not he is present"!
