a melancholic poem
is like aphrodite's tears,
slowly falling in love
with the curves of her face,
they never stop or leave,
a melancholic poem
is like seeking and
collecting these
tears of pearls and
wearing them around your neck.
a melancholic poem
feels like accidentally
ripping the necklace after
getting attached to it's melody
as it touches your neck, not it you.
a melancholic poem
is as dreamy as the silk
touch of the bath of pearls
you made with the tears of your own,
it too fell in love with the poem.
