Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

I don't care
If he was abused
As a child.
It doesn't give him
The right
To abuse another one.

- Comment from author about the poem: Normalize the fact that just because someone has been abused doesn't mean they have a right to abuse another. It may be a factor on why they did it but IT DOES NOT EXCUSE BAD BEHAVIOR. Even if it was a woman who did it, even if he was a minor.

People are lost and dark. Maybe they do so because it's all they know? We'll never know.
I know it wasn’t all he knew…and even then it still doesn’t excuse it.
