TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

akhilausman

You present me with kaliedoscope of my life.
Ohh, What promises have you made.
To keep and return it unblemished.
To see yourself in my mirror.

As I turn the lens, the colors twist and spin,
Fragments of us in patterns so divine.
A decade entwined in Love's warm light.
A fine tapestry that we wove.

Ten years of laughter, tears and sighs, Shared Whispers in the moonlit skies. From classrooms to adulthood's stride,
A flame that burned with all it's might.

Looking back, everything feels surreal!
Too good to be true, a fleeting theme.
A lifetime of memories, yet so brief.
But even in good bye, I'll hold on tight.

Today as I woke up, I still smile, even though
It fades from a view, I Whispers a prayer. For in those years, I learned to live,
To love with all my heart and might and give.

And even though it's gone, it will stay
It was true, good, way too good to be true <3
