- THIEF OF LOVE
Cavemen
Rubbed two stones together,
The first sparks flew.
Fire was invented,
The news left the cave:
Eureka!
After fire,
Mythology told of the theft of fire.
But who invented love?
That, I never knew.
The thief of love
I wish I were he.

Prometheus was the thief of fire but I heard there were several thieves of love. A most imaginative write loved it.
I love your beautiful message!
Thank you very much my friend!
Sami, I thoroughly enjoyed reading "THIEF OF LOVE." The way you weave mythology into the exploration of love is both clever and captivating. The Prometheus reference adds a rich layer of depth, and the imagery of fire beautifully parallels the intensity and mystery of love. Keep up the great workâyour poetry has a unique and thought-provoking voice that truly resonates. Looking forward to reading more from you!
