Cranial decay

shadowbones

Everyday we create

Our own world to love or hate

Imagination is the key to fascination

Make a stay that's bearable

You know we are all stuck

In a mass expanse of nothingness

Anything seems like a gift

Your key to salvation

Looks like it doesn't fit

Just shut up and fall in

Wasting time but feeling fine

Open up to see the truth

Everything is wasted as time moves

Into cracks, through the grooves

Permeable membrane of cranial decay

It's criminal that we cannot stay

Only offered grace by means of

Blinding light to guide the way

Thought provoking read. Not black and white but then I have dissolving gray matter. Nicely written
