ADA AMEH

Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke

Notice of absence from Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke
I will surely get back to you when I come online.

Like a dream
It seems to be true
You have paid your dues
Leaving your foot prints behind.

Idoma nation
Thrown in ashes
At Corona era,
Your only daughter, left you.

Depression visited you
with a hug,
Frustrating your existence
You fought like a lioness.

Fate isn't fair,
Death visited your relatives,
Under your nose,
Oh the Johnsons' Series
will miss you heartbrokenly!

This pen, bleeds wotoporously,
Questioning the vanity of life,
Ikwu has visited you,
Depression your vehicle
of transition.

Adieu Ada Ameh
May your deeds
Take you home;
Home to rest in peace
Nyor ebuo!
