Unspoken Words

rebellion_in_sanity

A small window,
Only the frame,
Lost its shutters
Can't stop the rain

Standing near the window,
Breaths touching their skins
Hands hanging limp
Afraid they might give in

A love sign,
Chiseled on the frame
Obscured scribbling,
Someone tried to leave a name

Pregnant pauses,
Halts in flow of words
Trying to say something
Words are getting lost

Stealing glances,
As if it's a crime
Feelings scream
'You are mine'

May be,
It's better this way
Part ways.
With unspoken words to say

Our words limit
What we can say.
We mean more
When we choose not to say

Unspoken words can be more powerful I have heard it said it is not what you say but what you do that counts.

Story of my life (well certain patches of it).

I'm going to fave this one, because it says something close to me.
