maybe all i need is not gifts or money,
but someone i can trust enough to hold me
and kiss me softly on my tear-stained cheek,
leaving nothing but marks of bliss.
all i need are some words put together
in a sentence so comforting like apricity,
flowing to my ear in a tune i will sing forever
and in it's notes i'll find our love's abditory.
all i need is the warmth of the sun's rays
on a winter's lonely stormy night.
telling me its going to be okay,
and with its extended arms protecting me with all it's might.
